Please ensure you wash as directed by the product label. Chances are all items may shrink, make sure to hang dry all Jackets. Wash all shirts inside out to ensure quality. Dry on low/ medium heat or hang dry.

Covered Under This Warranty

This warranty covers manufacturing defects or mistakes made by Crystals & Threads, including:

• Incorrect size, color, or design compared to your approved order.

• Printing or embroidery defects.

• Defective materials or workmanship.

• Items that arrive damaged due to our production process.

Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by normal wear and tear.

• Improper washing, drying, ironing, or misuse.

• Damage caused after delivery.

• Customer-provided artwork with errors that were approved before production.

• Slight color variations due to monitor or screen settings.

• Orders where the customer approved the final proof and the finished product matches that approval.

Warranty Period

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Any manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

• Your order number.

• Photos clearly showing the defect.

• A brief description of the issue.

Resolution

If we determine the defect was caused by Crystals & Threads, we will, at our discretion:

• Replace the defective item at no charge, or

• Repair the item when possible, or

• Issue a store credit or refund if a replacement is not available.

Our goal is to provide quality products and excellent customer service. We appreciate the opportunity to correct any mistakes that occur during production.
